• Polish or damp wipe all surfaces
• Damp wipe leather sofas or vacuum if fabric
• Damp wipe skirting boards and window sills
• Wipe light switches and plug sockets
• Vacuum floors (moving furniture, if not too heavy)
• Mop hard floors
• Steam clean carpets and soft furnishings (if required)

Kitchen

• Wipe down all surfaces, tiles, cupboards and appliances—interior and exterior
• Check all crockery, pans and cutlery are clean
• Clean inside oven and microwave
• Clean inside fridge and freezer discarding any food
• Clean floors
• Wipe light switches and plug sockets
• Empty and dispose of any rubbish

Bedrooms

• Polish or damp wipe all surfaces
• Damp wipe skirting boards and window sills
• Vacuum floors, including under beds
• Wipe light switches and plug sockets
• Mop hard floors
• Launder any bedding or towels, return and re-make beds (if required)
• Empty cupboards and wardrobes, dispose of any rubbish
• Steam clean carpets and soft furnishings (if required)

Bathrooms

• Wash down inside shower cubicles and shower screen and polish dry
• Wash out bath and polish dry
• Wash down all tiled areas
• Wash sink and toilet and polish dry
• Polish all chrome
• Wipe light switches
• Clean floors

Hallway

• Damp wipe skirting boards
• Wipe light switches and plug sockets
• Damp wipe all doors
• Vacuum floors
• Mop hard floors
